Letter to the editor: Thanks to Suzanne Anderson for the religion columns
I don’t claim to be a religious person, but I do enjoy reading Suzanne Anderson’s chronicles. Her January 1st column, “Let’s Override New Year’s Resolutions,” was seriously awesome!
Not only was her column overwhelmingly positive, which we all need a lot more of, but she gave a reason to reflect on 2021 and a roadmap for having a productive 2022:
- What good thing have you experienced?
- Have you kept a significant commitment to your family?
- Have you given grace, compassion or generosity to others?
- Have you found the courage to take a big step even though you are scared?
If we as a community commit to actively practicing these principles and avoiding the negative, 2022 is sure to be a much better year!
